We've all heard about these so-called "super foods" but does Chia really stand up to it's reputation?

Here I added just 1 Tablespoon of Chia to my almond butter toast w/ bananas...BUT is it worth it? You be the judge.
Just 1 Tablespoon of Chia results in:
4 gram or 17% of your daily fiber
2 grams of protein
10-17% of the following vitamins/minerals:
Manganese
Selenium
Phosophorus
Magnesium
Iron
