Pumpkin Spiced Latte (PSL) Better Than Starbucks! Dairy Free~Plant Based~Vegan


Who LOVES Pumpkin Spiced anything 🙋🏼‍♀️


Here is THE BEST recipe for a healthy version of the PSL. But hold all that sugar and dairy for me.


Today's LIVE is all about making a delicious and rich PSL that’s dairy free and refined sugar free!


Ingredients:

2 T full fat coconut milk/cream from can

1/4 c almond milk, unsweetened

2 T pure pumpkin purée (not pie filling)

1 pitted date or 1 T date paste (or sweetener of choice)

1/2 t pumpkin spice

Pinch salt

3/4 cup strong coffee


Add all to blender and blend for 60 seconds Dust with cinnamon 🤗☕️🍁🎃
