I know I'm guilty!! I LOVE my coffee and often reach for that first thing in the morning. But this is a habit I'm doing my best to stick to and I can honestly say that I'm feeling the difference throughout my day. After all, here's just a few benefits of holding off on that cup of coffee and downing a tall glass of water first!

-Helps your body to flush out unwanted toxins
-Gives your brain fuel to start the day
-Helps to fill you up and avoid over-eating
