Just a handful of ingredients is all it takes to get these delicious (NO BAKE) Cocoa Nut Cluster Parfaits in your belly! Grain Free & Dairy Free.

This easy and fast recipe is part of my Meal Prep in Under 30 Minutes Demo I’ll be doing live Saturday, 9/15 at 1:30 pm PDT on my Facebook page! It is quickly becoming my favorite grab and go breakfast.
Ingredients: 3/4 cup walnuts, unsalted 3/4 cup almonds, unsalted 1/4 cup sesame seeds, unsalted 3 Tbsp hemp seeds 1 1/2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or sweetener of choice 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted 1 Tbsp cocoa, unsweetened
Roughly chop nuts and mix everything in bowl until well coated. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight and break apart with a spoon. Divide into jars and top with frozen or fresh fruit. When it’s time to serve, top with non dairy yogurt of choice. We love Silk's (Almond Milk) Vanilla flavor.
